Final Independent Evaluation of Multi-Sectorial Support to Address the Plight of the Perennially Displaced Population of Mindanao, Philippines

This report presents the findings of an independent final evaluation for an ECHO-funded project for multi-sectorial support to address the plight of the perennially displaced population of Mindanao in the Philippines. The evaluation adopts OECD-DAC guidelines and quality standards to assess the performance of the project according to a set of standardised criteria. Based on the findings, the report presents recommendations and best practices to inform the implementation of more impactful humanitarian interventions in the future.
