ACF, under the funding of Gobierno de Navarra and later on UNICEF, has implemented the Projet Intégré d’Appui à la Lutte contre la Malnutrition en Milieu Urbain (PIALMU) between 2011 and 2014. The evaluation's general objective was to assess the project on the basis of the DAC criteria namely, relevance, coherence, effectiveness, coverage, likelihood of impact and sustainability of the intervention.
